Warranty

We oversee every stage of production — from fabric selection to the finished product.
All items are inspected before shipping.

In case of a manufacturing defect or damage, the item is eligible for exchange or a refund.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges or returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Conditions

• the item has not been used
• the original appearance is preserved
• all tags and packaging are included

Contact us via email or messaging apps.
Provide your order number and the reason — we will send you instructions for shipping.

Shipping Costs

• no defect — covered by the buyer
• in case of defect — covered by the seller

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
